The Developer chose Dexerdry as an alternative to fiberglass or concrete because of the project’s goal of providing attractive, high end, luxury living space in the complex. Using Dexerdry to create the impervious, ADA compliant surfaces provided flexibility to create more attractive deck surfaces using PVC and or composite deck boards as an alternative to drab fiberglass or concrete surfaces.
