I recently purchased 3 rolls of Dexerdry for a 10×16 deck. Everything was going smoothly. The product is pretty straightforward to install, until I got to the last run and discovered I was one 16ft piece short. I called Dexerdry and explained the situation to Kerri expecting to have to purchase a whole roll. Instead I was told no problem we, can send you 16 ft at no charge. They wouldn’t even let me pay shipping! Three days later I received a box containing 20 ft. The product is great, but the customer service is second to none.
