Dexerdry used for ADA Compliance
Press Release :
May 2016, Toms River, NJ – Dexerdry, Inc., the fastest growing seller of outside deck weatherproofing and dry zone creation technology, is pleased to announce it has been selected to provide dry zone areas in a large multi-unit luxury townhouse development located in Ocean County, New Jersey.
Dexerdry was chosen to be used on all of the eighty 2nd and 3rd story common use impervious surface decks and balconies in the development to further the project’s ADA compliance goals.
Dexerdry was selected because:
- easy to install;
- simple to use;
- cost effective;
- can be installed in any type of weather;
- easy to maintain; and
- creates an impervious surface.
The Developer chose Dexerdry as an alternative to fiberglass or concrete because of the project’s goal of providing attractive, high end, luxury living space in the complex. Using Dexerdry to create the impervious, ADA compliant surfaces provided flexibility to create more attractive deck surfaces using PVC and or composite deck boards as an alternative to drab fiberglass or concrete surfaces.
